Woman who shot dead husband inside mall unfit to stand trial — NCMH
By Arlie O. Calalo 03/01/2012The National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) has declared as unfit to stand the rigors of a court trial the woman who shot dead her estranged husband at a Quezon City mall last September.
According to Edizon Galindez, NCMH forensic psychiatry section chief, accused Sheila Macapugay is suffering from major depressive disorder based on the series of medical and psychological tests conducted on her.
