Save for a very few good men (and women) in the Gloria Arroyo Supreme Court
, one is almost tempted to give up on today’s high court, whose majority — all beholden to Gloria — appears to be serving the needs of the incumbent president rather than its bounden duty to do right for the Filipino people, who are the highest power in this country.
