Police find improvised bomb at Kalibo airport

Authorities have found and disarmed a small bomb at a provincial airport that serves the resort island of Boracay, one of the country’s main tourist hotspots, police said yesterday.

Security staff found the improvised explosive device among cargo being processed at Kalibo International Airport on Tuesday night, national police spokesman Chief Supt. Agrimero Cruz said.
