INC assembly at Rizal Park leaves 13 tons of garbage
03/01/2012The Grand Evangelical Mission rally of the Iglesia ni Cristo ((INC) which was held at the Rizal Park in Manila and areas adjacent to it has generated 13 tons of garbage.
This was learned from street sweepers in the area who said Department of Public Services (DPS) chief Retired Col. Carlos Baltazar has also deployed at least 100 sweepers working in two shifts to immediately clear the area of all kinds of trash.
The sweepers, who refused to be identified, said on a daily basis, the DPS collects about a ton of garbage from the areas but after the INC bible exposition, the amount of garbage collected reached 13 tons..... MORE
