Impeach signatories face raps over unverified writ

Administrative and criminal cases are being readied against the 188 lawmakers who have signed the impeachment complaint against Chief Justice Renato Corona for abusing their discretion in transmitting to the Senate the Articles of Impeachment even though it was not verified as required under the Constitution, according to both former assemblyman Homobono Adaza and lawyer Alan Paguia yesterday.
