It cannot be helped for one to feel a sense of helplessness instead of security when Noynoy and his security officials appeared before national television the other day to warn of a possible terror attack on the Black Nazarene procession that millions of Filipino devotees join yearly.

Noynoy said the threat level was unique which may mean that it was the first of its kind under his administration that has a sad record in handling critical situations.

the most bizaree-looking, most bizarre-mouthing "president" the philippines ever had...at kasusunod sa kalbong agila na magpakawala ng terror alarm, lalong nagiging bizzarre. inangkupu!

"A sample of the convoluted Noynoy statement follows: “I’m not saying that the probability has increased dramatically but there has been an increase and we would not want to unduly increase the risk to our populace, that’s why we’re coming up with this warning.”

"The viewers were left dizzy on whether there was an increase in the level of threat or not.

"The late Sunday afternoon address was truly bizarre that ended confusing more people than enlightening them on the state of security of the country."
