Skip fireworks, donate money saved

MANILA, Philippines — An environment and health group on Saturday
urged Filipinos to celebrate the holidays without firecrackers and
fireworks, and instead channel the money saved to support disaster
relief and rehabilitation work in storm-hit areas in the Visayas and
