Mother says Ramona left country for fear of her life
11/07/2011The mother of slain actor Ramgen “Ram” Jose Bautista Revilla yesterday said her daughter made the decision on her own to leave the country reportedly for Turkey due to fear for her life despite being tagged by the police in the killing of her brother.
According to Genelyn Magsaysay, mother of Ramgen, her daughter Ma. Ramona “Mara” Belen Bautista was more than capable of making her own decision, contrary to the claim of some sectors that she had a hand in her daughter’s sudden flight.
“My daughter left the country on her own for fear of her life, it’s a decision made by her and her alone as a mature, married woman and I respect her decision,” Magsaysay said in a statement aired on GMA News Balitanghali yesterday..... MORE
