Deputy presidential spokesman Abigail Valte, in an interview over state-run dzRB radio, yesterday said Malacañang very much welcome such initiative from Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago since it follows President Aquino’s policy against the common practice of most politicians.

"“We welcome that initiative of Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago. If you remember, President Aquino has the same policy. He does not want his photos placed in billboards of government projects,” Valte said."

This bill shall be entitled the Anti-Epal Act of 2011 sponsored by Palmolive, Tide, Uniliver and Proctor and Gamble.

"Ladies and gentlemen of this august chamber, It is with great pleasure that I stand here before you today presenting to you a very important measure, one that Manny Villar and his kind will projectile vomit..hoyssst!... Wag dito!..Doon sa banyo!.. Bastos tong taong to. Ka umpisa pa lang nag suka na parang hydrant"

"As I was saying..." At this juncture the fiesty senator from Negros began to swim in vomit. Everyone vomits over the copy of the bill before them. All except Brenda.

The staffers simply sympathized with their masters. Collectively the senate acted to kill the bill by vomiting on it. Brenda was swept away to sea ..still protesting and demanding her bottle of Zanacs and Valium 10.

The aim of the bill is noble, but it stands little or no chance of ever getting into second reading.

There is no moral lesson here. There is no point made either. Its the reality that such a bill is subject to abortion methods.
