Is honor dead in the police and military forces of the Philippines?
Over the years we have grown weary of erring politicians and government leaders, but now it seems even those men whom we used to count on for protection and security are falling into the quagmire as well.
Not only are crooked policemen in hot water these days, but the unresolved issues in the military are still making headlines, with former Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) comptroller retired Maj. Gen. Carlos Garcia on the hot seat.
