Integrity, credibility, honesty
Maybe we should hear it from the least popular among the presidential candidates who hit the nail right in its head when he claimed it’s the lack of credibility on the Comelec’s part that may doom its effort to give us a clean and honest elections, an automated one at that. The integrity of the May polls does not lie in the success of the gizmos the Comelec paid for in hundreds of millions of people’s money, but on how well the Comelec can convince the public that the machines it bought to count our votes are not related in any way to the dreaded Garci of 2004.
