Although she is no longer running for the position she held for an extended period, the long list of shenanigans and corruption committed during her administration is so tempting for candidates not to bring out her name as an issue. Practically all presidential aspirants either castigate or justify her governance as their way of generating support from the voters. Thus, instead of presenting what they have to offer, it is they who keep asking what the Arroyo government has achieved and what legacy it is about to impart to the Filipino people. ....
