Dear Editor,
It was incorrect for the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines to make a public apology for the errors of the seven bishops. Even so, that apology was for a misguided receipt of cash donations from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, and not for the unpardonable error of abetting Gloria Arroyo’s hold on purloined power.....
