Ombudsman: No bail for ex-Rodriguez mayor

Calalo and Jason faustino 03/24/2012The Office of the Ombudsman has denied the motion for reconsideration filed by former Rodriguez (formerly Montalban), Rizal Mayor Pedro Cuerpo and former municipal engineer Aristotle Cruz, who were both criminally charged of illegal logging or violation of the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines.
