VP Binay joins Sinulog in Cebu City
01/16/2012CEBU CITY — Vice President Jejomar Binay joined thousands of people for the Sinulog Grand Parade 2012 yesterday.
Early in the morning, Binay attended a pontifical mass at the Cebu City Sports Center.
