Raps filed against Palparan for abduction of UP studes
By Pat C. Santos 12/17/2011The Department of Justice (DoJ) has ordered the filing of charges against retired Maj. Gen. Jovito Palparan in connection with the abduction of two activist students of University of the Philippines — SherlynCadapan and Karen Empeno.
A 36-page resolution signed by Prosecutor General Claro Arellano states it has found probable cause to warrant the filing of two counts of kidnapping and serious illegal detention against Palparan, Lt. Col. Felipe Anotado, M/ Sgt. Rizal Hilaro and S/Sgt. Edgardo Osorio.
Cadapan and Empeno were reportedly abducted in Bulacan in June 2007..... MORE

may pagasa nga kayang makamtan ang katarungan laban sa berdugong palparan na ito? naisip ko, ano kaya ang tingin ng mga anak ni palparan sa kanya?
"The panel of prosecutors that investigated the case was convinced on the kidnapping complaint of Sherlyn and Karen in connection with the crime committed by Palparan.
"The panel gave weight to the testimony of a farmer identified as Raymundo Manalo who said he witnessed the abduction of the two students."
