SC to decide coverage terms for GMA trial
By Virgilio J. Bugaoisan 11/22/2011After questioning the Supreme Court (SC)’s impartiality in making a ruling that reversed the watch list order issued by the Department of Justice against former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal- Arroyo.
Malacañang said yesterday that it will be up to the high tribunal to decide on whether or not to allow a live coverage on her trial in relation to the electoral sabotage case filed before a Pasay City court.
In a text message, presidential spokesman Edwin Lacierda said that the issue on the live coverage was likewise settled by the SC with respect to the Maguindanao case trial..... MORE
