Sen. Joker Arroyo is wrong. It is no longer tendencies of a totalitarian administration of Noynoy Aquino, but a fact, as evidenced by his and his Justice secretary’s total defiance of the Supreme Court (SC)’s immediately executory order restraining the Aquino administration from enforcing its watch list order (WLO) against the Arroyo couple.
And as threatened by Malacañang prior to the ruling of the grant to the Arroyos’ temporary restraining order (TRO) by the high court, the former President and her husband were barred from leaving the country Tuesday night by the Bureau of Immigration officials under orders from Department of Justice (DoJ) Secretary Leila de Lima, no doubt also acting under Noynoy’s orders, as she had admitted having held a meeting with him prior to her media briefing held in Malacañang.....
