Breaching a constitutional mandate

FRONTLINE
Ninez Cacho-Olivares
10/27/2011
Defending the Republic’s territorial integrity is the President’s primordial duty, but this important constitutional principle is being breached by the very President and Commander in Chief when he grants armed rebel groups, such as the Moro Islamic Liberation Front part of the Republic’s territories to control them, even euphemistically calling these areas in Mindanao controlled by the Moro rebels as “Areas of Temporary Stay” (ATS), as well as allowing these rebels to even carry their arms publicly and worse, put up checkpoints, with government troops banned from entering these MILF-controlled areas to search for fugitives without first seeking the permission of the MILF.

It is fact that Noynoy made his displeasure and dismay of the MILF attack on the Special Forces unit near the rebels’ lair in Al-Barka, Basilan, where 19 soldiers were not only killed but disemboweled by the rebels, instead of making those rebels pay for what they had done to the Republic’s soldiers..... maaring ngang totoo ito kasi matagal nang balitang sinusuportahan ng milf ang mga lntik na mamumugot.ulong teroristang abu sayaf.

"And all Noynoy could say was that the ceasefire conditions must be respected, along with his spiel of “No all-out war” but “all-out justice” which is meaningless, in the face of the fact of that while retaliatory attacks were launched against the euphemistic “lawless elements” and the Abu Sayyaf group, Malacañang still refuses to bare the truth about these groups being one and same MILF, all of whom work for the Moro secessionist group, since it can always point to the Abu Sayyaf as the perpetrators even when the MILF committed the criminal acts, and also because Noynoy and his military publicly go along with the MILF line that the Abu Sayaff did it."

The GRP can opt to wage a full scale military campaign against these moklo. Oh yes they are relatives of ASG members. Blood runs thicker than water especially in poor Mindanao where you have no one but family to lean on to.

When the AFP faught them in 1973, it was said that they ran out of 7.63mm rounds for their M60's. Those machine guns spoke many times to the huramintados and they won. When the RP Government under Marcos ordered to purchase from the american suppliers the state department made it illegal to do business with an ally. Spare parts for the C130 military cargo aircraft essential for rapid deployment of troops and supplies to the besieged archipelago was also illegal accorting to the US state department, so I was told as a young lad then by my father who flew C123K providers for the PAF. The C47 gunship program was terminated but the South Vietnamese Air Force kept their AC-47 gunships till the end, Marcos leased a Lockheed L-100 (civilian version of the C130) from a third party just to stave off the savages down south General Fortunato Abat knows this. And so it is in the here and now the year 2011. Pity. All those lives lost. Because the US State Department...

Fuq these americans, cut off diplomatic ties to a toxic frenemy and make solid committments with the Islamic Republic of Iran who has and still manufacture for their own which makes them americas most hated, american made military surplus, they had licenses to produce since the time of the late Shah of Iran, good for them, bad for filipinos but it should not be. Venezuela for cheap oil. Brazil for radars and avionics. China or Vietnam for boats, assault rifles, cars trucks, and increased commercial trade with them. Artillery, computers and medicine from India, commercial trade with Russia. Get the idea now?

The filthy rich geriatric white master from Nebraska is pissed off but he will die next century. Masamang damo kasi.

Job generation is to call centers where Noynoy belongs. Flocking with the same feathers, getting paid cheaply to abosrb the backlash of substandard service that americans companies as call center clients procide to their customers. Real jobs are when filipinos assembel their indegenous planes trucks, cars, ships, guns, electronics, harvest crops that are not genetically modified, fish in the high seas in locally made seaworthy (steel hulled) fishing boats, with what the filipino hands make is a real job that lasts for generations. The tools and industry that america will never share fearing the same as what happened in Iran.

So its your call pinoy.
