The plot seems to unravel on the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) controversy after Noynoy revealed his preference not to sell both the PCSO and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) which are both the state-owned gambling operators.
The new officials of PCSO made a show about cleaning up the agency exposing donations from the previous government which in reality have been a longtime practice and these are known to most of the whistle-blowers primarily new PCSO Chairman Margie Juico who was part of the PCSO board when the supposed anomalies occurred.
Amid the revelations of anomalies within the lotto provider, the natural response would be to sell it to the more efficient private hands, along with another cash cow of the powers that be, state casino operator Pagcor..... MORE
