Forecasters eye two cyclones entering W. Luzon, E. Mindanao
By Jason Faustino 07/10/2011State forecasters said that they spotted two potential cyclones forming near western Luzon and eastern Mindanao.
Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said that it can spark flash floods and landslides.
Pagasa said the new low-pressure area (LPA) off Mindanao was estimated at 420 km east of Mindanao as of 8 a.m.
