Death toll in Davao flash floods reaches 29

Two more victims of the flashfloods that hit Davao City were added to the death toll, bringing to 29 the total number of deaths while two more persons remained missing, the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) said yesterday.

Reports from the NDRRMC said that the bodies of four-year-old Cherry Saturos and nine-year-old Kent Angelo Tano were recovered last Thursday afternoon. They were among those initially reported missing.
