Ahoy! este... Chohoy! Chohoy!
They spoke tagalog but with a strange Miss Saigon accent.
At the stern flew the Philippine flag, painted on the stern hull is the name of the vessel and the country of registry. And some of them do speak tagalog. They listen to Navy and Coast Guard chatter. And when caught... become their translator.
Those who worked at the refugee camp in Palawan must have learned to speak vietcong. Vietnamese languange is an advantage now... look at Vietnam, now look behind you..your own country... see the difference?
Good job Philippine Navy, well done.
Poaching? Tsk tsk tsk...
Bu cou dinqi dau!
