DoT bullish to promote 2011 to 2016 as Pinoy Homecoming Years

The Department of Tourism (DoT) is bullish to promote and support the implementation of the recently inked Proclamation No. 181 by President Aquino that declares the years 2011 to 2016 as the Homecoming Years for overseas Filipinos. DoT shared its plans under the Pinoy Homecoming Program as a result of this proclamation, in which Globe Telecom is a major sponsor.
