Some people brought children to Jesus for Him to place His Hands on them and pray. But the apostles scolded those people. Jesus said: ‘Let the children come to Me. Do not stop them, because the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these.’ He placed His Hands on them …” (Mathew 19:13-15)
Thus narrates the Gospel of life according to St. Mathew. Plainly and clearly said, the above cited passage exalts children, affirms the love of Jesus Himself for children, and proclaims children as the heirs of the Kingdom of Heaven. In other words, children have a special place in the Gospel of Life, have the distinct care of Jesus and have too an assured heavenly destiny hereafter and beyond..... MORE
