When such accusations of corruption, and naturally, jueteng, are aired, and with the fingers pointing to the presidential aides, the usual reply to such accusations is for the accuser to provide proof and substantiate the charges for the Palace to act on them.
Communications chief Sonny Coloma came out to state that retired Archbishop Oscar Cruz should show the Palace proof of his charges, adding that there are no sacred cows in the Aquino government.
That was pretty much the line of the Arroyo government, every time charges against Palace officials were aired.
