Instead of getting alarmed at the fact that the Philippine Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) had discovered, and backed by documents too, a number of flying voters amounting to some 40,000, composed of the double, multiple and deceased voters in the Davao region, the Comelec, through Commissioner Gregorio Larrazabal, dismissed this, saying that which the PPCRV had, by way of the voters’ list, was not the final list and that this has been cleansed already....
