Erap jumps up 8% MR. EXPOSE Amb. Ernesto Maceda 12/22/2009 The latest Pulse Asia survey taken Dec. 8 to 10 reports that President Joseph “Erap” Estrada obtained the biggest increase in ratings, from 11 percent to 19 percent. Noynoy Aquino had a one percent increase while Manny Villar increased by 4 percent. The same survey reported that the number one reason respondents would vote for a candidate is that “he cares for the poor.” One out of two voters who chose Erap said that he cares for the poor.
