Too late the report EDITORIAL Click to enlarge 11/12/2009 Delays in coming up with the ZTE-NBN deal Senate report rendered it fairly useless, except for perhaps a day or two of media mileage. So the Senate committee did come up with the report charging everyone, including presidential spouse Mike Arroyo with graft and whatever else could be charged, including obstruction of justice and a violation of the Constitution by Gloria Arroyo, for not doing anything about the corruption attached to the deal, which the report said was an impeachable crime.
