No change forthcoming FRONTLINE Ninez Cacho-Olivares 11/25/2009 Chiz Escudero is right. It just isn’t the right time for him to run for the presidency. Perhaps the right time would be in 2016, if the Charter does not undergo any changes, and if the country will still be under a presidential form of government, rather than a parliamentary system, pure or a combination of presidential-parliamentary system. If he had analyzed it earlier, Chiz would have realized that it was his youth that made it almost impossible for him to expect to win the presidency. True, the young were fired up ....
