Crisis: The result of his Noynoying

Noynoy has been in the presidential office just under two years, and even as he had been aware even then of the power problem the nation was facing long before, Noynoy, while admitting there is indeed a power crisis in Mindanao and even in Metro Manila, he still passed the blame of such crisis on the previous administrations, which should include his mother, Cory.
He claims today that his administration will resolve the problem, adding that it will take some two years to fix, boasting too, that he will be pouring in some P2 billion to fix the problem.
That’s peanuts, and something he could have spent to fix up the problem that was already staring him in the face in 2010 and even 2011, but he chose instead to underspend, and make the economic growth drop drastically.
It cannot be denied that as early as 2010, the power problem was already acknowledged, yet Noynoy still did nothing about it, as he was focused on wreaking vengeance on his political foes..... MORE
