NBI to implement Biometric Clearance System starting July 4

Santos 07/03/2011In an attempt to upgrade and further improve its services, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has announced the implementation of the Biometric Clearance System (BCS) starting July 4 after it suspended the processing of NBI Clearances for three days last July 1 to 3.
NBI spokesman lawyer Cecilio Zamora disclosed they had terminated their contract with the former service provider Mega Data Corp. to give way to the transition period or the preparation for the entry of its contracted service provider, the Strategic and Comprehensive Consultants Inc., which is a joint venture of Real Time Data Management Services Inc. which won the awards from NBI Bids and Awards Committee.....
