Retired Lingayen Archbishop Oscar Cruz bared this after the poll watchdog Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) reported that there are 40,000 flying voters on the official list of Davao City and Davao del Sur. A concerned Speaker Prospero Nograles, alarmed by the large number of double, multiple and dead registrants included in the final voting list, while excluding some 13,000 voters who he says are his supporters, yesterday told the Tribune in a telephone interview that he has already moved to have a congressional panel to hold hearings and investigate this matter....
