And they have all the nationalists reasons to do so whereas the country has been long since suffering much, not only from many gross man-made atrocities but also from different natural destructive calamities.

At the same time, multi-million Filipinos have been always the infallible victims of all such treacheries and devastations. Nemo dat quod non habet. This Latin phrase which literally means, “You cannot give what you do not have” is used frequently in Medieval literature to mean “to pass on a legacy.”
Gloria Arroyo now claims that the BPO (Business Processing Outsourcing) is a legacy she would be passing on to her successor after bragging and claiming credit for the introduction of this lucrative industry in the Philippines.
As usual, these are half truths or no truth at all, as she is wont for such in the so many instances in her administration which originated in lies in the power grab of 2001 in the first place.

A Manila Regional Trial Court (RTC) yesterday ordered the arrest of a senator who fled abroad claiming political persecution after being accused of murdering a publicist and his driver.

The arrest warrant officially makes Sen. Panfilo Lacson a fugitive, a month after he left the country, Justice Secretary Agnes Devanadera told reporters.

Lacson, former Philippine National Police chief, flew to Hong Kong on Jan. 5 and declared earlier this week that he would not be returning soon as he expected to be arrested for the murder 10 years ago of Salvador “Bubby” Dacer.... MORE
