SSC sports exec wants Lim, some Lions banned
By Arman Carandang 12/04/2011San Sebastian College yesterday pleaded to have San Beda coach Frankie Lim and some of his players involved in last Friday’s melee banned from playing in the next basketball season of the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
SSC athletic moderator Frank Gusi issued the statement in the aftermath of the latest fracas to hit the country’s oldest collegiate athletic meet in years.
“We will recommend (the banning) to the (policy) board,” said Gusi in a message to The Tribune yesterday..... MORE

"The brawl, which transpired during the latter part of the women’s volleyball game between University of Perpetual Help System Dalta and San Sebastian at the San Beda Gym, was apparently sparked by an alleged racial slur by an SSC volleyball player against San Beda’s new player in Ola Adeogun, a Nigerian.
"Lim, who was at the SBC then for his cage team’s regular practice, allegedly stormed to the court to confront SSC’s women’s volleyball coach Roger Rorayeb in an act that resulted to a full blown brawl."
