Strictly speaking, psychological incapacity does not enter into the sphere of full ethical accountability, into the realm of total moral responsibility — although neither does it altogether free someone thus incapacitated from all ethical liability or moral burden. Reason: The mind and will functions of those afflicted with such a personal malady have no complete control of all his or her actions or actuations, but neither are their effect insane. When the human psyche is incapacitated, it is reasonable to assume that the person concerned does not completely like or dislike what he or she does.

The above observation has particular relevance to marriage especially in conjunction with essential spousal and/or standard conjugal agenda. For one reason or another, a disabled psyche causes a deficit in the right understand of and compliance with what is demanded and expected of him or her as a spouse, as a conjugal partner. The conclusion from all these observations can be thus summed up: Woe to someone psychologically incapacitated in the event that the same gets married! Woe to his or her spousal or conjugal mate!
