Malacanang announces fugitive Palparan will be captured soon
By Fernan J. Angeles 01/09/2012Malacaang is almost certain the government would be able to capture fugitive former Army Maj. Gen. Jovito Palparan Jr. who has been eluding arrest for nearly a month.
Deputy presidential spokesman Abigail Valte said Palparan would eventually fall even if it may take a little more time.
