Noynoy appears to be losing his credibility — at least as far as issuing warnings against a so-called “credible” terror threats go — as his warning issued Sunday, complete with his security officers and Cabinet officials as props, went unheeded by the Black Nazarene devotees.

Noynoy announced at an emergency press conference on Sunday he had received information that a “local” terrorist group may try to disrupt Monday’s mammoth annual ritual.

He also asked those planning to attend the procession not to bring cellphones, as these gadgets have been known to trigger explosives..... MORE
