Reconfigured contracts

Something much more than Noynoy’s straight path must be driving the so-called reconfiguration of nearly all business contracts entered into by the previous administration.
The stock alibi for the review of the several past contracts was to purge irregularities among them and the supposed savings from cancelling those found to be onerous to the government.
The usual process being taken, however, is for reconfigurations of the contracts, which part to be reconfigured is left for the “reconfigurers” to determine..... MORE

reconfiguration = dirty money, apparently. kaya nga ba sa lakad, hitsura, at tulo-lway pa lang eh wala nang gagawing matino si abs eh.
"Think about it: Noynoy and his KKKs (kaibigan, kaklase, kabarilan) have been in power and position for close to one year and a half, claiming, all that time, that the major reason there have not been any major projects started is that Noynoy and his boys are carefully looking into all those contracts entered into during the nine-year stay of Gloria in Malacañang; claiming too, that these contracts were anomalous.
"If so, why is it taking the Noynoy administration too long to check on whether these contracts are anomalous?"
