What is the system coming to, under the presidency of Noynoy Aquino?
The House of Representatives, which is dominated and even controlled by Noynoy and his allies, are not satisfied at all with having impeached the Ombudsman — who, however, denied the congressmen-prosecutors, their chance to grandstand through a Senate trial by resigning a few days before the trial was scheduled to start — are back into the impeachment mode, this time targeting a Supreme Court associate justice, Mariano del Castillo, on grounds that he had committed plagiarism as ponente in an SC ruling.
