These three short sentences best describe Manny Villar, Nacionalista Party standard bearer’s appearance before the Senate Tuesday. He delivered an hour-long privilege speech, defending himself from the charges found in the Senate committee of the whole report on the C-5 controversy, which is no different from the way he defends himself on the same charges to the media, press conferences and advertisements, merely denying the charges, claiming there is no evidence to back up these charges, without disproving the evidence, saying these are all lies and insisting that this investigation is all about politics....
