The law is the law?
The law is what the Supreme Court (SC) says it is, so it is always said. Yet one truly wonders whether laws are interpreted correctly and without bias by the SC, given its many quick reversals of its own rulings. One can understand when a decade, or a half decade law, even a landmark ruling — as decided by a high court — is overturned, since situations and other developments may have come into play during that period which an old ruling may have proved to be outmoded and no longer applicable to society or found violative of new constitutional provisos.
