The law is what the Supreme Court (SC) says it is, so it is always said.
Yet one truly wonders whether laws are interpreted correctly and without bias by the SC, given its many quick reversals of its own rulings.

One can understand when a decade, or a half decade law, even a landmark ruling — as decided by a high court — is overturned, since situations and other developments may have come into play during that period which an old ruling may have proved to be outmoded and no longer applicable to society or found violative of new constitutional provisos.

But how does one explain, in the case of the high court’s reversal of a December 2009 ruling — or two months prior to the latest SC decision — that appointed executives do not have to resign their posts and are even allowed to stay at their posts despite joining the electoral race and worse, the ruling even stated that these appointees can remain at their posts, win or lose the polls until such time that the administration makes an exit?...
