Noynoy can’t seem to keep up with the high level of accountability that he had set particularly in the campaign to oust former Chief Justice Renato Corona so much so that he now has to make up several alibis for not accepting the challenge for the signing of an unconditional waiver on all his financial records and for his Cabinet to make the same gesture.
The call would have to fall first squarely on Noynoy’s shoulders since his obsession to remove his perceived political enemies was founded on the platform of reforms and good governance.
Thus, the gesture of Corona in signing an unconditional waiver during his impeachment trial that went with it a challenge for other government officials to do so should have been welcomed with open arms by Noynoy if his reform agenda is genuine..... MORE
