Calling SM Baguio a “monster,” a Catholic bishop called on the faithful to boycott the mall should it pursue its deforestation plans at its backyard as part of its expansion.

In a statement, Baguio Bishop Carlito Cenzon said boycotting the mall would be an effective way to let the SM management know the community is against its planned deforestation.

“Do not patronize them. Stay away from them,” said Cenzon. “Let’s start the boycott. They already showed how hard-hearted they are.”.... MORE
