Ever since he sought the presidency, Noynoy Aquino had been hounded by questions regarding the state of his mental health although he was a somehow successful in deflecting the issue during the campaign period en route to his victory in the 2010 presidential elections.
And for more than one and a-half years, the rumors regarding his mental health had been relegated to the backseat as he successfully diverted public attention from it following his all-out assault against his predecessor, former President, now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and her supposed allies still in the corridors of power.
But while GMA opted to remain silent and let the issue be resolved in the proper venue, the courts, the latest object of his tirades chose not and engaged him in a tit for tat..... MORE
