Palace eyes upping P1-million reward for Palparan’s capture
By Fernan J. Angeles 02/18/2012As if there’s a manhunt, President Aquino remains hopeful that former Gen. Jovito Palparan would be arrested soon even as Malacañang hinted at the possibility of raising the bounty for the capture of the fugitive former general.
