Slowly but surely, even before the Senate court opens, a chief impeachment complaint against Chief Justice Renato Corona is turning out a dud and a mere spin of offenses that would be hard to prove. And this is an issue not unique to the impeached Supreme Court (SC) head and should require an overhaul of the entire system on the disclosure of wealth of public officials, if indeed this administration is dead serious about it.
Corona will be placed under scrutiny for his alleged failure to disclose a certain property and that he violated constitutional provisions on the full disclosure of his Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALn) every year..... MORE
