hindi rin makuha sa arms race kasi sila lang halos ang may karapatan sa nuclear capability, HACKING na nga lang naman. pero, mukhang may mga amerikanong tumulong dito ah......ibig sabihin, HINDI lahat ng opisyales ng kalbong agila ay bulag sa kahypan ng pamahalaan nila.
