talaga naman. masasabing itong si gorbachev, na may ominous (yata) na balat sa ulo at si yeltsin ang sumira ng balance of power sa mundo na siyang naging dahilan kung bakit lumobo ang kadmnyuhan ng kalbong agila/kanluran......at hindi po tumupad ang nato sa pangako na hindi ito mag.eexpand.
